WHAT WE ARE BUILDINGWith PickMee, we want to innovate the Rental Application and tenancy document signing process for DIY landlords and tenants. PROBLEM1st problem: individual landlords or better known as DIY landlords don't have access to tools and resources that allow them to effectively find the best tenants for their rental properties. 2nd problem: How do good tenants separate themselves from the rest? Sticking out of the crowd! Having a renter resume including verifiable references and rental history, to make the best impression possible to secure their dream home easier & faster.SOLUTION Community platform that helps DIY landlords find and screen tenant, sign lease agreements, and automating the bond deposit process. PERSONAFrom the investment banker who is managing her family rentals, to the husband and father who rents out his former bachelor pad, to the tenant who recently graduated college. So PickMee is for everyone.TASK Create a logo design including Icon and Text (PickMee).1. option: Standalone logo with the word PickMee2. option: Standalone logo representing the PickMee vision with designed "PickMee" text underneathWe are flexible with colour. But something that sticks out would be preferred - maybe not blue.
