Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Birmingham, AL called Ask Janey. Ask Janey is an individualized care navigation service for families impacted by dementia. We help families by assessing their knowledge, stage of illness, available resources, and immediate and long-term needs. Ask Janey provides a structured care plan to optimize the patient journey by partnering with existing, previously vetted subject matter experts (legal, financial, insurance, etc) and by providing routine, scheduled check-ins with guidance to achieve goals. We facilitate the hardest conversations and are a continuous trusted presence for both the patient and their family. Utilizing customer relationship management software and an integrated app designed for multiple user profiles, Ask Janey is available and ready to provide support to families and their caregivers. The patient is triaged into levels of care that include in-home visits, phone contacts, and video assessments by both case managers and social workers. These visits are provided at a frequency that matches patient and family need, and is adjusted as those needs change.
