T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for a design for the BACK of a T-Shirt. (My logo that I have uploaded with this file will be on the front left chest of the T-shirt.
My business is a Team of financial services representative made up of men and women. We help change families lives with financial education. Looking for a design that is fun, but professional, that encompasses Teamwork and the Passion of making a Maximum Impact in the lives of our clients and our employees.
We want this logo to have the words Maximum Impact or a Maximum Impact theme, but we are open to various ways this theme and wording might be used through creativity. Our Team Name is Team B.I.G, which stands for Build, Inspire, Grow. (I have attached a copy of the team logo). Shirt color is Royal Blue. See attached/uploaded logo for my current team logo.
