Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our real estate company that owns large warehouse buildings and leases to companies for storing their goods. This is not mini-warehouses, but large (50,000 square feet and up) industrial buildings. The logo should be very professional in appearance and have sharp, clean lines to give it a very serious look. The logo will be used primarily on material that we deliver to investors in our company, not to the users that lease the spaces; therefore a logo with a professional appearance is important (i.e. not bubble letters and neon colors).
