Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company called "Voodoo Trading". We sell stock market trading journals and financial consulting services. We would like the logo to be professional with maybe a subtle reference to the voodoo genre and the stock market (i.e. maybe an arrow head on the letter "V" to represent an upward trending stock chart). The logo should work on a white or black background. The logo will be embossed on the the front of our leather journals.
