Verismo is the name of a new software product that we are building that will help companies manage their workers. It will be able to help them schedule their activities, manage their time-keeping and holidays/sick days, and determine how much they should be paid based on the hours they have done. The name Verismo comes from Italian and means 'a representation of everyday workers doing their daily activities' which is exactly what our product does.

Requirements
Must have
- The product is part of the Simfoni company for which we have several other products (Vitesse, Virtuosi, Sourceforce) and it must match the colour palette of the company (navy, blue, green, orange). See www.simfoni.com to view the other products and colour scheme.
- The strapline Workforce IOT should sit underneath the Verismo heading just like for Virtuosi which says Analytics underneath it.
Nice to have
- Most of the products have a name and a graphic on the side; except Sourceforce. The former option is preferred although I'm open to both options.
- I'm particularly keen to have a design that incorporates imagery of people at work; safety helmet, driving a truck, laying bricks, cranes, trolleys, forklift, spanner, hammer, nurse, fireman etc.
- These images can be in the graphic or even used in the name itself...for example the O of Verismo can be someone's head wearing a safety helmet.
- Only 1-4 worker representations are fine although I'm happy to look at designs with many more than we can then narrow down to fewer number afterwards.
