Logo Design Brief

Hi designers! I run a performance driven Facebook Advertising agency here in London (www.agencynine.co.uk) and I'm looking for a new logo design.

I have created a mockup, that shows the words I'd like to use and the rough layout of it. The design needs to convey business growth (as that's what we help our clients achieve). Please make a design that looks better than my awful mockup :)

I have attached a competitors logo design for a similar idea, but welcome to suggestions!
