Logo Design Brief

The Logo is for a real estate investment and consulting firm. It should feel strong bold and established. NOT whimsical or ornate. NOT overly complicated. It should focus on the initials TBD. It should utilize white and 1 other color, but the alternate color should be able to be switched out for different uses. It should be able to be utilized as the color on white background or white on the colored background (so the background color and foreground color should be able to be inverted). The TBD logo should go well with an extra word added off logo as needed like 'investments", or "advisory" or "development". For the example utilize the extra word "ADVISORY". I have also attached some samples of logos that I like. Utilize the colors in the attached slide or close to it. I think I prefer capital letters. I like Bahnschrift font for the adjacent words or to be used in conjunction with the logo, but I am open to other similarly straight forward fonts. Upon completion I would like color specs, fonts and vectors for final logos
