Logo Design Brief

Hello, I am looking for a logo design of my new Sports Marketing company called MVP Sports Marketing. We are a consulting firm that does corporate partnership sales for athletic departments at small colleges and high schools. We're based out of Lexington, KY and sell for all sports. I don't think we'll be entering the equine space so I do want to stay away from a horse/horse racing theme which is common for businesses in our locale. The other specialty we have is live streaming of athletic events so I do like having some sort of Video Theme (IE the Play Button Triangle Symbol in the P of MVP) or something like that? I am open to color schemes and design and look forward to seeing the results. The use of this logo will be primarily on website, email signature, business cards, and sponsorship proposals and contracts. My past experiences have also lead to having a logo or at least a word mark that is easy to embroider for staff shirts.
