Flyer Design Brief

We are a self storage facility in Stellenbosch, South Africa. We are looking for 3 flyers to target our 3 primary markets. 1) Students - in college (university) accomodation or apartments close by with limited storage space2) Households - more general population. People moving house or renovating and just need extra space to declutter their lives.3) Business - Document storage is an area that we believe is in demand. We would like the key elements of the flyer to highlight the benefits of KeyStorage. The imagery and copy for each variation should be crafted for that specific audience.Attached are some images of the facility and our Logo. I've attached a print ad to give an example of recent work.
