Web Design Brief

I need a website that allows my clients to check the property (pictures, a brief description etc) and lets them make reservations. They will be providing the required information such as name, last name, email address and credit card details. Also a calendar where I can update the availability (dates and prices) of the property upon new reservations is a must. I already have a logo that should also be a good starting point for colors, style an inspiration.
