Graphic Design Brief

We're looking for a designer to help create an eye-catching one sheet poster for our latest film SAVAGE about the leader of a New Zealand street gang. We have one amazing image to use as a base but would like to incorporate an illustrative/graphic style to bring a poster to life. The film is a drama, charting the gang leader's life from childhood, to teenager, to adult, similar to Barry Jenkin's film Moonlight. Completely open to concepts and have attached some ideas too.
