Logo Design Brief

I have a small wine cellar in the Lleida Pyrenees, and we need a professional logo. We created a logo a while ago in which mixed the rooster (sign of the house) and a glass of wine (but the geometry does not end up liking us). I attach one that we like, but it is extracted from the internet directly with what I can not use it. We would like two logos, one for red wines and one for whites, and the Gallo, ... open to any idea.
