Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo design for our company, which is working on transforming property management in Washington, DC. Our business involves residential real estate (single family homes, condos, small multifamily buildings, etc.) and our proprietary software that automates owner and tenant communications, increases transparency, and lowers costs. We collect and disburse rent, book vendors, manage maintenance, and facilitate leasing. We are not looking for an old-school real estate look and feel, but do want a design that signals our connection to property/homes and potentially, but not necessarily, maintenance.

Logo can be all lowercase, all caps, or first letter capitalized.

Concepts: real estate, property management, leasing, rent, technology, transparency, data.
