Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for print and digital media for IoT Republik ( aka IoTR). IoTR is the first technology hub in Costa Rica and Central America where we connect the challenges and opportunities of the industrial 4.0 revolution with solutions based on the 'Internet of things'. Our ecosystem is composed of experts, investors and advisers from multiple industries with the common interest of creating new business endeavors and making them profitable. The main objective is to promote the transformation of traditional jobs to compete in this new era, serving our country as an engine of digital transformation. The final design should communicate, modern, technology, sleek, design, global reach. We've uploaded some visual references of logos we like.

Requirements

Must have

• Must have the name and a reference to the internet of things. The orientation of the logo must be horizontal (single line preferably). Must have a silicon valley look and feel.
• PLEASE use as reference the attached logos on the brief. We like very much those references. Specially love clip, bread and Boundary.
• We like multicolor logos. Blue palettes are encouraged.

Nice to have

• Try to fusion the visual reference of IoT and the name, so that somehow they could both be integrated. Transparencies are encouraged.
• Also we both founders love space and stars, so if there's a way in which something on the logo can resemble that topic it would be awesome. But that's a nice to have only :)
• Helvetica neue and Arial are the fonts we like the best - but we are open to explore more.

Should not have

• Should not reference Costa Rica or Central America.
• Should not have shadows or 3D objects.
• No weird short fonts
