Logo Design Brief

We require a logo design for our new company based in London's, Hatton Garden. We are a bespoke jewellers specializing in Engagement rings but also including wedding rings, pendants, earrings and much more. Our company is called COE'S Bespoke Jeweller's. I would like the 'O' in COE'S to be an engagement ring with diamonds on the shoulders and it must sparkle. The logo design must be elegant, sophisticated, classy and luxurious. Colours, possibly a dark grey & silver combination or dark blue and silver. I have attached a sketch that I have drawn and this is how we would like it to be displayed.
