Logo Design Brief

I need a logo to represent my new business as a consultant in aviation accident investigation. The logo will be used on my business cards, letterhead, and web site. I am a business of one person, working out of my home. I have recently retired as a U.S. federal accident investigator and safety manager, with 35 years of experience. Many people know me in the niche world of aircraft accident investigation, which is why I want to use my name in the business. I plan to (1) Instruct airlines, companies, etc about how to prepare for, and behave during, an investigation; (2) Educate the public about aviation safety, to include being a media expert/analyst, and a magazine writer; (3) conduct private investigations of aircraft accidents and incidents outside of the normal government investigation; and (4) provide consulting to those who need it when their aviation assets become involved in an accident or incident, either in the US or overseas.I want the logo to be fairly simple, bold, use the letter “G” as a minimum, (GuARD is the acronym/name), and symbolize aviation. I like the colors orange and/or navy blue, and black, and white.
