Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo for my new start up.
The company name is Digitial FIN-TAX & A.I. Solutions

The purpose of the company is to integrate global financial and tax software to global organisations operational systems. My startup also provides solutions for artificial inteligence to assist organisations to detect and prevent tax losses or tax penalities or paying extra tax. The company also provides solutions for integrating SAP, ORACLE and other ERP systems to global finance & tax requirments.

What i would like in my logo is a combination of aritifical inteligience, predictive analysis and digitial integration for financial and tax. The key topics are integration, digitial finance and tax and AI and global.

The file types to be provided are .ai, .png and .jpeg. and the original vector file
I would also like to see the logo on both black and white backgrounds. The final design i would like it on transparent background
