Flyer Design Brief
New Federal government grant program for down payment assistance. Looking to grab attention with the 1% down to get into a home. Also want to highlight the additional 2% towards closing costs when purchasing a new construction home. I've attached a sketch of an idea I have but please feel free to do what you do - you are the artist. To be in compliance, lender information and realtor information are to be same size. Also lender verbiage to be included per TREC guidelines. I will attached information for the disclaimer as well as contact information for both myself and lender.
