Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a rebrand that has resulted from the merger of three financial advice practices. We are to be called "Coastal Financial Advisers." We are a group of qualified and ethical professionals that provide financial planning and advice services to individuals and small business; helping our clients to grow and protect their wealth. We have offices on the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. We are thinking the colour blue might be appropriate (given our name incorporating the word "Coastal"). One idea we had was to use a graphic of some sort that reflects the East Coast of Queensland, but we are not fixed on this. We are very open to your interpretation. We would like our logo to be impactful, depict professionalism and be one that shows us as serious contenders in the wealth creation space.
