T-shirt Design Brief

We are a volunteer fire department in Sea Bright, New Jersey. We are looking to update some of our patches and logos. Currently our saying is "Border Jumpers" because we cross over the border of our town into other towns quite often. What we are looking for is to have a fully carton logo comprised of a "Speedy Gonzales" type character hopping over a brick or metal wall set in the desert. Attached is a photo of "Speedy Gonzales"
