Illustration Design Brief

I need an eBook Cover that combines a universally recognized American symbol together with a symbol that is recognized throughout Latin-America in a simple yet dynamic way. The file I included here is very rough and amateur, but shows the basic idea of a caricature of the Statue of Liberty doing a "bicycle soccer kick". I would like the face of the staute of liberty to show an expression of exertion with gritted teeth and creased or furrowed eyebrows. If you could give the effect that the soccer ball is a little blurred or in motion. The overall colour scheme needs to let someone in Latin-America know that this is "American". I would like an original illustration. I do not want a mock up of some stock images that are cut and pasted. Thank you.
