Brochure Design Brief

We are a short-term property management agency based in the Algarve region of Portugal (we manage properties for landlords and promote their property on platforms such as Airbnb, booking.com and other vacation rental sites - and we take care of marketing, guest management, cleaning, maintenance etc.). We need a 5 page brochure template which is aimed at estate agents who will promote our product to potential new leads / the owners of the properties (NOT the holidaymakers who book the properties).The template should be pretty heavy on the visuals, with photos of properties and infographs (graphs displaying potential revenue etc. and bullet points for our USPs) - and the design and colours of the brochure should promote trust in our ability to keep properties immaculately maintained but also that we have the abilities to market the properties to maximise rental revenue.IMPORTANT NOTE - As this template will be amended for all future leads, we need the design to be in a format that we can amend with minimal skill required (just on pages 1, 2 and 6. The other pages remain static) - so Word, Excel or any other format the designer can recommend.
