Facebook Design Brief

We are a real estate company with agents working with sellers and buyers of residential properties, in need of 4-6 agent profile pictures for each personal Facebook profile pages, all will be the same look except for the profile picture. Half of the picture would be promoting our real estate agency; the other half is personal with agents profile picture. I will be providing several more profile pictures to use once the design concept has been selected.

Requirements

Must have

• Engaging Facebook Banner which is 1/2 personal profile and 1/2 promoting our agency. Logo, Tagline "Your Home Sold or We'll Buy it...Guaranteed! Our sign panel picture says "We'll Sell Your House or We'll Buy it... Guaranteed!, not to be confused, please use "Your Home Sold or We'll Buy it...Guaranteed!
• Please also transform any sky area of pictures to blue, there is one picture all blue skies as an example.

Nice to have

• I would like to see a profile picture on one half , with a real estate white post sign with our sign panel attached (recreated), along with a sold sign rider on top as part of the other half of the banner sign shown large and placed on the property picture. Please show this using row of houses. Attached is a design that was created which I think is too busy looking, showing you what I don’t like). Attached are agent profile pictures, our logo, a picture of our sign panel and a few other pictures. The post sign, (sign panel only to use as a design concept, must be recreated with directions supplied for design) with a sold sign rider on top, the rider sign in white with red letters. (There is a sample picture showing a sold rider sign). I want to see something eye catching that does not look real busy, it must be clear, crisp and deliver the point immediately; you shouldn’t have to think about what it is! There will be one design created that will be used for all agent banners....
• Ideas for the left profile side, agent picture, white or fade background, separate from the house picture or carry the house picture over and fade that portion separate it with a curve or wave that is shown on my sign panel with the black stripe somehow incorporated?
• Right side, row of houses with our sign panel attached to a white post with sign rider on top (SOLD) rider in white letters in red. Design it in a way that the sign is able to be large and catches your attention and is readable. I’m open to promoting the business logo or tagline “Your Home Sold or We’ll Buy it…Guaranteed!” if it works and flows in the design, don’t just do it, to get it into the design.
• One other right side option, there is a facebook banner attached, I would be open to trying this using the other city picture included with the word “Worcester” spelled out , with the oval circle transparent. Thank you!

Should not have

• Redesign my sign panel and do not use the panel picture attached, I want it all looking the same , feel free to remove the BBB logo from it if it makes it easier for the design.
