Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a coaching service that helps people reverse Type 2 Diabetes. This is an intensive coaching program that addresses many areas of a person's life - diet, exercise, stress, mindset, subconscious beliefs, confidence and self-belief. The program runs for 12 months, but results are attained quickly - within the first 3 months.This is a high-ticket coaching service and is aimed at people who are willing to take decisive action and are determined to tackle their Type 2 Diabetes head on and crush it quickly.I'm looking for a logo that communicates qualities such as strength, confidence, success, optimism. I'm open to any colours and styles, as long as the logo conveys the above qualities.
