Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company called "The Next Execs". We provide high level internships in the business services like marketing, accounting, management, and operations. We would like to stay in the color schemes of black and white. Open to completely new ideas for the logo. An idea I had is using the top of professional business suits to have as the logo. I provided pictures on my idea below. One issue I had is providing a logo that is not gender neutral. If the logo is not gender neutral it should focus around the female suit if going that wrote.

The company is Business to Business. A professional service provided to businesses as consultants. Mainly working with Small start up companies and large businesses.
