Logo Design Brief

I had a logo drafted while back but never could used it as the image quality is poor. I am open to other ideas but I am uploading what was done in past.

I want an image that is upscale, professional, that helps convey the feeling of providing highly personalized and customized solutions to the customer and has all the capabilities of a much larger firm.
