Logo Design Brief

We require a new logo for a Controls company in Australia. We specialise in the design and installation of building control systems for commercial buildings. The design should be modern but simple and portray a professional image. It will be utilised on schematics so needs to be able to print well in black and white but it doesn't necessarily need to a be a black and white design. The design will also need to be used on clothing.
We are open to the logo design centred around the Company Name itself, it doesn't have to have a picture/graphic or RC with it.
