new brand and look and feel for a smart, new recruitment and strategic advisory.
logo would be a word or letter mark ideally, focusing on the Q Division elements. The name pays homage to Q Branch from james bond!
When thinking about the logo, font/typeface etc.. remember that it needs to be used primarily and most importantly within the job adverts we place on linkedin, Seek etc. as well as on business cards, letter heads, a website (need this also once the logo is finished).

First glance is important to us.
We need a card that is simple is style but focuses on the company name.
We are open to both white and greyscale as well as colours or tones of colour for some pop around the logo and company name.
Simple, uncluttered.
The detail that would need to be included on the two busienss cards is :
our Individual Names (Nicola Votier) (Mark Kew)
Job title (Managing Partner) (on both cards)
Company name/logo, description and tagline,
mobile number

I cannot decide if we need a master logo and 2 variations or what? we will have instances where we need the company name, company description (recruitment and strategic advisory) and tagline, (The future of Work) and another that just contains the company name and tagline.

Must have
- Please ensure you log design contains a variation on the logo to show us the company name with the company description and a version separate with tagline or all 3 elements. In the majority the business will be known as QDivision, our chosen tagline is 'The Future of Work'. But this will not help us on google etc so we are going to have to include on website, job adverts etc the company description 'Recruitment and Strategic Advisory'
- The logo needs to be able to sit on linked-in jobs section FYI as well as within a job advertisement
Nice to have
- We want to feel energetic yet professional. We will be operating in a highly competitive marketplace that is getting its goal as being a future tech/smart city. We are appealing to those organisation that understand and promote inclusion and diversity in their search for future talent. Retro yet very professional in appeal. our audience is dynamic, educated, ahead of the recruitment game. QDivision is not a gap filler for companies just looking for resources. we are all about the right talent for the right opportunity with a sole focus on future success in the workplace.
- Please read the tone of voice document and brand positioning pieces.
Should not have
- No scripted italic fonts please or designs that are a rip off from james bond esq styles. we are only paying homage through the "Q" element of the name.
