Word Template Design Brief

I would like to Word template to use for a research project. The key topic of the research project is: A cyber security toolkit to protect the privacy data/infrastructure of the health care industry.This file will be used by the entire research team (approx. 50 people) to describe the project outcomes and provide that to the European Commission. Therefore, the design should be professional, and official. The fact that the word file will be used by several people for the same project means that the template should allow the user any time (s)he adds a table to have a particular format. Any time the user adds bullet points, these should have a particular colour and shape, and so on. The users have MS windows and MAC. About the word design, you should use the project logo that I am attaching and of course you may use at the layout colors that matches to this logo. Pay attention, we need to keep the file size as low as possible so please avoid adding graphics on each page. Graphics at the cover page are enough. Regarding its structure, I am attaching the basic word (non-professional), without design. You may notice at the bottom of each slide there is the EU flag and a particular phrase beside. Please use that in your proposal as well.
