Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a start up outpatient mental health practice. The practice will be in Woodhaven, Michigan and the title of the practice is Peer and Associates, Psychological Health and Wellness Services. I consider my practice unique as we focus on health and wellness vs. simply on the reduction of symptoms. I would like to incorporate a compass (to represent providing direction) and the words strength, courage, hope, and growth vs. N, S, E, W. I like blues and greens for colors. I am really trying to communicate strength and resilience.
