Postcard Design Brief

I want 4 different cards so that i can mail to my farm once per quarter. I want to go back to a 5X8 card or smaller. I am attaching an example of what we did in the past. I would like the new cards start with the following:
1. Tired of dealing with tenant problems at 6:00 on a Friday Night?
2. Would you like to take you next vacation worry free?
3. Are your tenants paying below market rents?
4. Do your tenant leases fully protect you?
I would like to have one of these "hooks" to lead off each card with a brief explanation of the services we provide. Back of the card can be similar to the one I attached.

Target Market(s)

Income Property Owners that might be in need of a property management company.

Requirements

Must have

• 4 separate cards that i can email out each quarter.
• Each card must have a "hook" or "call to action"

Nice to have

• Less verbiage and some catchy graphics or photo
• If you have an idea for catchier calls to action, feel free to submit.

Should not have

• Too many words. The postcard I uploaded has way too much verbiage.
