Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company called The Average Conservationist. The company is geared towards promoting conservation of our lands and waters. I will be selling, tshirts, sweatshirts, hats and other various items that include the company logo and other outdoor activities. I would like the design to encompass a few main images. An arrow, a fly fishing rod and a rifle. I also would like to some type of mountain or rolling hills silhouette as well. The design should just be black and white.
