Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new management consulting business based in New Zealand with an international client base called "Agile Enterprises". We help business transform from being a hierarchal, traditional business to one operating with Agile principles of autonomous teams that have end to end accountability, and are empowered, to deliver business outcomes. I'd like to see designs that convey innovation, expertise and experience. The design should be crisp and suitable for use as an email signature, invoices, website and letter head.

I have attached the work of a previous designer. The text is irregular height and does not comply with good design principles.
