Graphic Design Brief

I've taken a few photos of cool looking "weathered" tile street signs and would like them graphically designed to put on a t-shirt. I'm looking for it to convey the grassroots aspect of being proud of where you live. The design should communicate the weathered look of the tile signs (I like the grass growing over the one in the picture) but also show creativity. The street number is not needed, just the "MONTROSE" AND "HOUSTON". I'd like the graphics to directly mimic the look as pictures. White tiles with blue lettering.

Requirements

Must have

• Tiled street sign with either "MONTROSE" or "WASHINGTON" as included in the pictures. I'd like the graphics to directly mimic the look as pictures and look weathered. White tiles with blue lettering with a realistic look.

Should not have

• No deviation from the pictures. I'd like White tiles with blue lettering with a creative spin if possible.
