i would like this design to have an animated look to be safe for copyright reasons her name is tia norfleet she is the first african american female nascar race driver and she is very beautiful so i would like this design to be about 9.5 inches with some good details also i would like for her background to be either with a checkerboard triangle or with the 2 checkerboard flags please make sure that her face is designed in a cartoon or animated figure
