We need a logo for a new Direct Primary Care Practice in Dr. Phillips Florida.

Our focus is providing a strong foundation of care via advanced testing and detailed health assessments for our patients so that they can achieve their optimum health.

We work with each individual patient, given their unique history, background, predispositions, lifestyle, diet, and habits, and empower them to use comprehensive, personalized medical advice to re-direct their path toward optimal health.
