Logo Design Brief

Hello i need to have my logo done in .Ai format with PMS colors. I would like to keep the "devil" or Diablos head.I need the logo in different options.Just the head, the head more "Diablos Football" but also with the existing ones. the same, but an alternate logo for shoudlers, etc. The text would be similar to the text, etc. to keep the same look all around. I also need the logo in red trace on transparent background, white trace on transparent background, black trace on transparent background, I WILL ALSO NEED HELP WITH CREATING WALLPAPERS FOR COMPUTERS GO ALSO FOR CELL PHONES AND FACEBOOK PAGES.
