Web Design Brief

I require a good logo and simple website for an IT trading business. I am uploading the website text and description.
For the logo, I was thinking of something that has a (partial) cube but also looks a bit like a circuit board. The name should be easy to read, but there should also be a graphical element to the logo. The graphical element can be used on its own for tabs or headers on the website. The logo needs to be suitable for business cards and stationery as well.
I am open to color schemes, but perhaps something in purple tones.
