Web Design Brief

We are refreshing our website and need someone to design a very clean modern home page. We have a wireframe for the content and basic layout (see attached). We just need someone to make it look beautiful.

This web page will be hosted on a private server using HTML5. I have developers who will integrate the rotating images and referenced video files - we just need you to focus on the visual elements.
