Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company that operates internationally called CommixSolutions (meaning integrated solutions). We do consulting in system integration, assist start-ups with controls and business strategy, project manage system upgrades, support NGO's in various spaces from finance, accounting, business development, etc.We would like a logo that is unique, not too corporate but still professional and modern. The preferred colour scheme is purple, but please ensure that easy to find tones are used as it will make future branding easier.
