My restaurant is in a historic landmark - the first brick fired building in Los Angeles. We are looking for something elegant, something with a bit of Mexico but not a hat or cactus or some of the dumb designs that are typically used with a Mexican restaurant. we want elegant, historical, and the name of the business means "the swallow" which is an attractive bird which can be used. We were established in 1924 and typically this also goes in the logo somewhere. let me know if that helps.
