Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my business which provides payroll and HR services with a personal touch. The name of the business is questfp which stands for "quest for perfection". I am looking for a clean name logo that includes the tagline "Payroll & HR Services". I am interested in designs that use a medium dark blue. The logo will be used on email, website, business cards, headed paper, invoices and promotional items (mugs etc) so will need to retain resolution when magnified. Thank you.
