Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a recruitment company based in Stockholm Sweden. We would like to see some orange and grey colors. Similar to what we have uploaded. Perhaps with all capital letters except the first "i". It would be good if there could be a a small logo next to the "main" logo which could be used in Social Media etc.
