Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my small business located in the Seattle area called Pursuit Performance. I train general population, endurance athletes (Run, bike, swim, triathlon) and also high school sports teams (football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse). I would like the design to include the colors red and black. I want to communicate a serious mindset yet fun at the same time. Like, “We are serious about training but we also like to have fun with it too” type of thing.
