Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a company that does physicals, drug test, and alcohol test for people that drive big motor vehicles. I like the color BLUE. I also want the design to be sophisticated, chic something simple but catchy. I want the "OS" to be the whole design hopefully and the "physical medicine" to be at the bottom on smaller letters.
