Art Design Brief

What I am looking for, is an illustration reminiscent of the style of Warhammer art, specifically as it pertains to the lizardmen. It should be a forest scene, in the center I would like a Cold One (or other similar large raptor roughly the size of a horse). To its left, I want a Saurus with its back to the dinosaur, holding a badge in its right hand out from its body and parallel to the dinosaur, so that the hand and badge are close to the dinosaur's head. To the dinosaur's right, I want a Skink in a pose mirrored to the Saurus, holding it's own badge. The Saurus' badge should have a twin-tailed comet on it, while the Skink's badge should have the image of a wizard's hat on it. The Saurus should be about 7 feet tall, while the Skink should be between 4 and 5 feet tall. The Skink should be standing on either a log, stump, or rock so it appears to be roughly the height of the Saurus.
