Brochure Design Brief

We have a Free download we will provide in exchange for an email address on our new Pathfinder website. The website at www.businesspathfinder.com is in development and will look nothing like what it currently does, but you can go there and get a sense of what Pathfinder is from the text on the website. (see the attached image 'site design' for the new redesigned website for aesthetics).

We are looking for a nice design for the document, that will represent the mostly text document well. We are not actually looking to print these at a printer so they don't have to be print ready. I went ahead and included the logo and colors and fonts file again just for reference.
