Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a real estate team based in and help people buy real estate in the Okanagan Valley which is based on a beautiful lake in the mountains of British Columbia. Our goal is to offer luxury real estate services to every client, to be approachable, transparent and to always work hard & with integrity. We are open to color possibilities. We have always had an old school ship wheel with the logo in the past and would like to keep that in some way. The tagline: Navigate home with the crew doesn't necessarily have to be part of the logo.
I've attached pictures of the old branding (gold and burgandy) and of the newer branding (with the teal, which is much nicer but he got away from The Crew). Now we are looking for a modern, mature and luxurious way to bring The Crew banding back to light. We want it to be fresh and clean.

Target Market(s)

People who come to the Okanagan for the relaxed or retired lifestyle filled with walks along the water, boating, golfing, fishing, wineries, etc. Our target market is generally well established in their careers and are focused on enjoying all of the experiences life has to offer - including real estate.
