Logo Design Brief

Looking for a mono-color sketch of an admiral's face wearing a U.S. admiral hat. To be used for a logo. Prefer the face to be angled between head-on and sideways. Like the idea of the admiral's eye's being opaque or in shadow. Like the idea of him wearing a discernible smirk, showing confidence but seriousness. As a logo, I'd like the image to convey the personality without actually showing all the real-world detail. (The sample bird logo given is a great example--it doesn't even have a clear wing but is clearly a bird.)
